Bruce Leslie graduated from the University of British Columbia law school in 1981 and was called to the British Columbia bar in 1982. He also received a Bachelor of Commerce from U.B.C. in 1980.
Bruce has over 22 years of experience in the areas of real estate law and corporate law and dealing with relocation conveyancing. His main areas of practice are real estate development, conveyancing for relocation companies, residential and commercial conveyancing and mortgages, leases and corporate and commercial law. Bruce represents relocation companies and relocating employees on relocation conveyancing and individual clients on residential conveyancing and mortgages. He also represents developers and companies on commercial and residential developments and advises on documents required for subdivision and strata development approval and land title registration. As well, he represents and advises individual and corporate clients on mortgages, leases, incorporations and general commercial legal matters.
